Organisation

The FNPR’s members are divided into three membership categories.

RELOCATION EXPERTS

Agencies, companies and independent consultants.

PARTNERS

Companies providing services that support FNPR members in carrying out their assignments, without specialising directly in professional mobility consulting (banking, insurance, temporary accommodation, moving services, etc.).

LEGAL EXPERTS

Advice and expertise in immigration, international law, social protection and taxation.

The FNPR has adopted a collegial governance structure. An executive Board of Directors is elected by the General Assembly for a two-year term, with one-third of its members subject to renewal. All Board members serve on a voluntary basis.

The Board of Directors comprises at least nine elected members, including one representative of the Partners, one representative of the Legal Experts and one representative of organisations with annual revenue below €50,000, ensuring balanced representation across the membership categories.

The Executive Committee, appointed by the Board of Directors, comprises at least three elected officers: the President, Treasurer and Secretary. To support its activities, the Executive Committee works with external service providers for administrative support, accounting, training management and IT services.

To increase its effectiveness, the Executive Committee introduced a working group structure in 2019, enabling members to contribute to key topics and current issues over a one-year period.

Five key areas reflecting our core values are addressed through dedicated working groups:

1. Visibility – (Recognition)

  • Develop communication materials
  • Participate in events
  • Oversee and manage digital content

2. Integration – (An ethics charter)

  • Provide the best possible onboarding conditions: dedicated working group for Independent Consultants
  • Support new members during their first year
  • Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics: dedicated Compliance working group

3. Professionalisation – (Expertise)

  • Provide an annual training catalogue
  • Developing innovative learning solutions

4. Sustainability – (Recognition)

  • Representing and promoting the profession:
    – Action Logement
    – Real estate agents

5. Event communication – (the Network)

  • Liaise with partners
  • Organising conventions

These working groups are led by a designated coordinator and generally comprise three members. They meet once or twice a month and report to the Executive Committee on the progress of their work.

The Board of Directors

Following the merger of SNPRM and FAR&MG in 2023, the FNPR was established and a Board of Directors was formed.

The Board of Directors (2023–2027) comprises 13 members committed to representing and developing the Federation:
